PMKSY stands for Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana. Functions of PMKSY
The functionalities of PMKSY include:
- Improving water use efficiency with the principle of ‘More crop per drop.’
- Creating a holistic ecosystem to conserve water.
- Enabling states to formulate District Irrigation Plans (DIP) and State Irrigation Plans (SIP).
